Awesome place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff printed my boarding pass, which I really appreciated. I'm coming back for Easter!

The location's fine. You have a subway nearby and in 15' or so you can walk downtown. The cleaning is very good. Hot water no problem.
girl who attended us did not speak Spanish and we asked her if there was anyone, to make it more comfortable (since we only spoke English), it was a resounding NO, did she ask her classmates. She asked us for our passports (which we carried by chance), even though we repeated the question because we were surprised that she asked for the passports, she insisted that they were necessary. the truth is that I don't know if we would have had any problem or not. It turns out that at the airport they didn't ask us, at the hotel they did. bed was too soft and it always looked like you were going to fall on the floor because it looked like the bed base was smaller than the mattress. I don't know. It was a weird feeling. We booked an upper room with a view, it wasn't bad. the room is a lot smaller than you see in the pictures. We were on the 25th floor and views in our case were not of the beautiful and typical downtown area. It was more the back part, that we almost saw more the outskirts than the center. good. view was good after all.

Not very clean, the hotel's old, a lot of dust.

The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, featuring delightful pastries and fresh juices. However, the shower's water pressure was disappointingly low, which affected my overall experience.

It's was an average hotel. Check in staff member a young Dutch fair hair thin build was fantastic an provided excellent service he was on the afternoon shift
Some staff had a poor attitude ie checkout staff member . He was of a dark skin nature and had an extremely poor attitude and did not want to be there..

Location alone
Dirty rooms, dust, hair on basin, a shame nott a radisson blu standard! Once you leave the elevators-and leave the nice lobby area , you figure you've done a wrong choice!

great stay with minor hiccups
The panoramic city view from our room was fine. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night despite the bustling location.
The overall atmosphere felt slightly chaotic at times.

My hotel was a mixture of Japanese and Scandinavian interior design. The view from my window was just amazing. One can see the beautiful city of copenhagen.

Nice stay with a killer breakfast!
We stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Room. The view from the higher floor was great! The breakfast was def a highlight with lots of options, but got kinda repetitive. One downside was the bathroom had some mold. The gym was awesome though. Really had everything to work out! Loved the bar area too.

A bit old-fashioned concept, casino, 4 restaurants, 3 bars..., in any case deserves 4 stars
a bit too expensive.
